Stephanie Lee

Stephanie Sills Lee is the Executive Director of the Mississippi State Board of Contractors. She is the first female to hold the office of Executive Director for the state agency. Prior to being named as the executive director, Ms. Lee was a Special Assistant Attorney General and spent four years serving as legal counsel for the board. Stephanie received her law degree from Mississippi College School of Law in 2000 and her undergraduate degree from Mississippi College in 1997. 

Stephanie has served on the NASCLA Board of Directors since 2015, and is also Chair of the NASCLA Nomination Committee, and member of the Executive Committee and Model Legislation Committee.
