Janet Baumberger

Janet Baumberger is the Administrator of the SC Residential Builders Commission (SCRBC). Janet began her career with South Carolina state government in October 2000, working in various capacities with professional and occupational boards at the SC Department of Labor Licensing and Regulation (SCLLR) before being named SCRBC Administrator in 2011. She has solid knowledge of the internal operations, policies and procedures of the Board, SCLLR and the industry and possesses strong analytical and technical skills.

Janet became involved with the National Association of State Contractors Licensing Agencies (NASCLA) in 2011. She currently serves as a member of the Executive Committee, Model Legislation Committee, and Nomination Committee.
